Re: Purchase and Installation of Thermoshield Internal Shutters
I am writing to thank each of your employees who were involved in quoting, manufacturing and installing my shutters in my unit in Mermaid Beach.
I saw your advertisement in the Gold Coast Sun and was pleased to be able to call in to the Arundel office on a Saturday morning. Nina and Barbara were so helpful in showing me what was available and suitable for my unit.
Andrew Lebeter, Sales Consultant, came to measure and gave me a written quote. He informed me that it would be approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery of shutters.
Towards the end of this period I rang Barbara who informed me that my shutters had arrived in the Brisbane office and would be checked for accuracy. Barbara gave me the phone number of Tim who would be the person organsing the installation.
I rang Tim the following week and asked if it would be at all possible for my shutters to be installed at the end of that week as I had a friend coming up from Sydney the following week and she might appreciate some privacy in her bedroom.
Tim rang back and told me that he had re-organised his work schedule, and my shutters would be installed by Steve on the Friday.
Steve did an extremely good job of installing my shutters. I found him to be extremely neat and tidy in his work. He ensured that all my sliding shutters were functioning correctly. He worked the full day on the Friday and came back on the Saturday morning to finish off the installation.
